Regional HR Manager

Our client, a global leader in packaging solutions, opens a vacancy of Regional HR Manager (Eastern Europe).


• higher education;
• 10+ years of experience in HR roles (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner);
• experience in a Country HR position is a must, previous exposure to different countries and cultures - highly desired;
• exposure to various field of HR including recruitment, training, talent development, compensation, legal and work council relationships;
• work experience in a multinational manufacturing company with matrix organizational structure;
• good understanding of SOX Compliance;
• fluent English;
• willingness to travel;
• good communication skills and personal credibility, proactivity, high level of responsibility, ability to execute projects in a complex environment, excellent management skills, ability to work independently and coordinate resources from remote, commitment to results, strong business sensitivity and understanding.


• coordinate local HR network within the territory under his/her responsibility (Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Latvia, Russia), align activities and provide priorities in accordance with the global HR goals / timelines and business priorities;
• support local HR Managers in any issues which require more senior level of consulting;
• ensure through local HR teams the right level of compliance concerning personnel topics, including Sox controls and data protection;
• ensure local HR teams organize payroll, time, attendance and any administrative activities in line with country and group regulations;
• support talent acquisition activities through the local HR network, take direct responsibility, in coordination with HR Business Partners, for the most senior roles recruitment;
• ensure all HR processes included in annual cycle are implemented at country level (annual review, development review, succession planning, salary review, annual bonus campaign);
• ensure the right level of staffing and skills in compliance with local and group business requirements;
• control that local level of compensation is aligned with market and supports talent acquisition goals;
• support local HR Managers in relationships with Unions and work councils when needed

• working schedule: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday to Friday);
• regular business trips.
