Head of Customer Service Unit

Our client, one of the largest breeding companies, opens the vacancy of Head of Customer Service Unit (maternity leave cover position)


• 2+ years customer support and/or account management experience or prior experience in customer support
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interactions and service
• English - intermediate level
• advisable to know SAP
• Organized, detail-oriented individual with ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy of information, and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Team management
• Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team


• Support the Order to Cash and reverse logistics process on a customer level by executing order intake and order entry, confirmation and coordination with credit management, accounting and logistics.
• Work closely together with other functions within logistics, accounting, regulatory and legal departments to organize and execute orders.
• Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through maintaining positive relations with each of our customers and maintain excellent levels of service via all contacts made whether written or verbal.
• Proper contract management
• Handling customer complaints, both internal and external, via the defined processes.
• Ensure effective and well-timed reporting for all Business Units on all crops
• Stock Balance management and coordination work of all other units to ensure effective planning and stock realization
• Team management (2 employees)
