  1. TASK DEFINITION. The Business analysis of the Client’s enterprise and of the current condition of the industry in the whole, the discussion of results, coordination of the solution options in selection of the top manager.  The creation of the Job Profile for the candidate, signing of the contract, the advance payment of 30 % of the remuneration.
  2. SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES. The development of the strategy of search for the prospective candidates. Forming of the Long-list. Interviewing the candidates, including the Top manager assessment, selection and forming of the Short list.
  3. ASSESSMENT OF CANDIDATES. Organization of meetings with best candidates – the accompaniment of negotiations. Presentation of the confidential written report on interviews: the personal characteristic of the top manager, description of the candidate’s career and achievements, the results of testing, the strengths and weaknesses of candidate, considering the Job description, developed for this positions, the compensation package, and the candidate’s recommendations.     
  4. FINALIST’S SELECTION. Verification of recommendations, collection of the additional information about the candidate, verification of his business reputation. Preparing of the Job offer.
  5. PROJECT COMPLETION. The accompaniment of the candidate’s dismissal from the previous workplace. The Top manager’s adaptation in the Client’s company. We guarantee the free replacement of the candidate within the term from 6 up to 12 months + payment of the rest of 70% upon the factual candidate’s turning up to the workplace at the Client’s enterprise.
