  1. TASK DEFINITION. The Business analysis of the Client’s enterprise and of the current condition of the industry in the whole, the discussion of results, coordination of the solution options in selection of the candidate.
    The creation of the Job Profile for the candidate, signing of the contract, the advance payment of 30 % of the remuneration.
  2. SELECTION OF CANDIDATES. The development of the strategy of search for prospective candidates. Forming of the Long-list.
    Interviewing the candidates, including the Top manager assessment, selection and forming of the Short list.
  3. ASSESSMENT OF SPECIALIST. On the basis of the Client’s requirements the 8-10 candidates are assessed. The each candidate’s CV is accompanied with the consultant’s opinion and the former employers’ recommendations. Additionally, the results of the psychological and professional testing are provided, and all information, provided in the candidate’s CV, is thoroughly verified. Organization of meetings with best candidates + accompaniment of negotiations.
  4. EMPLOYMENT OF CANDIDATE. By results of the interviews, the Job offer is prepared. The candidate is considered to be accepted for employment upon his turning up to the workplace. The 100 % payment is effected upon the candidates’ turning up to the workplace at the Client’s enterprise. We guarantee the free replacement of the candidate within the term up to the 3 months.       
  5. PROJECT COMPLETION. The accompaniment of the candidate’s dismissal from the previous workplace. The accompaniment of the candidate’s integration into the corporate structure for all the probation term.
